We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist to provide outstanding support to customers and sales representatives by handling inquiries, processing orders and returns and ensuring timely resolutions with professionalism and care. Permanent Full-Time (40 hours)

Monday to Friday 8 : 00 am – 4 : 30 pm (flexible); Hybrid

In this role, you will :

• Respond to customer and sales inquiries promptly and professionally to ensure excellent service.
• Process orders, returns, credits, and resolve delivery or invoice discrepancies efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM and ERP systems while ensuring timely follow-ups.
• Collaborate with couriers and internal teams to track shipments and resolve issues.
• Support sales representatives with product, account, and promotional information.
