Are you looking for a challenging role where you will have the opportunity to have a huge

If so, we have a great opportunity for you. We're currently looking for Administrative Specialist who is detailed - oriented and available to start immediately. In this role you will work full time on a 3 month assignment, earning a pay rate of $27.00 per hour,
Candidates will be working onsite, 5 days per week - Overtime may be required

Responsibilities
As an Administrative Specialist, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve business issues, deliver high quality client service and operational efficiency. Responsibilities include but are not limited to :
Initiate and create client records.
Assemble client provided information.
Reach out to practice staff as required.
Send electronic copies of finalized tax returns to clients.
File Canadian and Corporate Tax returns.
Scanning, mailing and couriering documents to clients and tax authorities.
Qualifications
Experience and Skills
A strong grasp of technology, including MS office and Microsoft Suite of products
Prior office administration, data entry and / or customer service experience an asset
Committed to providing high quality work and maintaining timelines
Effective written and verbal communication skills, ability to communicate and manage expectations with clients
Ability to work effectively under pressure without compromising professional standards or quality of work
