Must Have :

  • 10+ years of experience with Siebel technical configuration / design / development / integration
  • 5+ year of experience of Siebel integration with Adobe AEM, J2EE and etc.
  • 5+ year of experience with Siebel EIM / EAI.
  • 3+ years of experience with Siebel IP18+ with a focus on configuring / developing.

Description

Responsibilities

  • Required to translate technical systems specifications into working, tested CRM applications. This includes developing detailed programming specifications, writing and / or generating code, compiling data-driven programs, maintaining, and conducting unit tests.
  • Resolves and troubleshoots technical problems which arise during the use and operation of software packages, including technical issues.
  • General Skills

  • Experience in programming and analysis; specialized CRM software package support at the specified experience level
  • Ability to collaborate with IT Professionals throughout the Software Development Life Cycle
  • Experience in structured methodologies for the development, design, implementation and maintenance of applications
  • Experience in design, code, test, debug and document applications
  • Experience in the use of object and / or third generation language development tools
  • Experience in one or more programming languages
  • Experience in application design, latest design patterns, deployment and troubleshooting
  • Experience with relational and hierarchical database technologies
  • Experience in the use of information retrieval packages using query languages

  • Experience eliciting and documenting information from diverse business area stakeholders and subject matter experts

  • Knowledge and experience with specific CRM software and anticipated future releases high availability solution design and implementation
  • Knowledge and experience with specific CRM enterprise architecture methodologies, design standards and tools
  • Experience with middleware and gateways
  • Expertise in specific tools for CRM software development
  • Desirable Skills

  • Knowledge and experience with programming Internet-ready applications

    Siebel Development Skills - 40 %

  • 10+ years of experience with Siebel technical configuration / design / development / integration
  • 5+ year of experience of Siebel integration with Adobe AEM, J2EE and etc.
  • 5+ year of experience with Siebel EIM / EAI.
  • 3+ years of experience with Siebel IP18+ with a focus on configuring / developing.
  • Experience with Assignment Manager, Business Rules, Workflow, Applets, Views, Screens, Code / Scripts and related Siebel Business Layer objects.
  • Experience with Siebel Tools Software and editing Siebel Web Templates.
  • Experience in using Siebel Open UI specific classes and Methods.
  • Demonstrated possession of Siebel 8.x or above certification.
  • Experience in Siebel Open UI Architecture (Physical Model, Presentation Model) and OOTB OUI file structures and limitations.
  • Experience in UI integration (embedding external application in Siebel, Exposing Siebel in External application)
  • Report Development Skills - 35%

  • Experience in OBIEE and PowerBI report development
  • Experience in HTML 5, Cascading Style Sheet, JQuery and JavaScript
  • Working knowledge of Open UI Concepts-PM, PR, Manifest File and Mapping files
  • Soft Skills- 20%

  • Experience with Siebel modules such as Public Sector CRM, Contracts, Lead, Management, Partner, Public Sector Partner Portal, Campaign Management, Marketing, Resource Manager, and Public Sector eService would be an asset
  • Experience with Grants Management would be an asset.
