The Opportunity
Accountable / responsible for the development of service administration and billing for both internal & external customers. Field and respond to customer inquiries.
The Role
- Managing a Service Department. Consisting of 6-8 technicians
- Repair Shop : looking after truck, motor coach, industrial, marine, generator related service
- Customer relations top priority, in person, on phone, email etc.
- Issuing / receiving of purchase orders for service department.
- Opening and closing of work orders, scheduling of work for technicians
- Timecard entry
- Administration duties for service department
