Job description
Position Summary
Are you interested in an opportunity to grow professionally within a positive and progressive culture? Northern Health is seeking a Telecommunication Analyst to join our Information and Technology Services department.

In accordance with the established mission, vision, values, and strategic priorities of Northern Health, and under the general supervision of Manager or designate, this position will provide support for devices, and variety of users throughout Northern Health. Responsible for diagnosing problems, formulating solutions and the maintenance of device management systems and applications. Provides input and expertise into capacity planning, standardization of equipment and applications and disaster planning and recovery.

Shift Rotation/Hours of work: Monday to Friday, Days - 08:00 to 16:00

Qualfications
•Grade 12, graduation from a recognized two (2) year computer systems technology diploma program, plus three (3) years’ recent related experience, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• Valid BC Driver’s License.

Skills and Abilities:
• Ability to type
• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
• Ability to deal with others effectively
• Physical ability to carry out the duties of the position
• Ability to organize work
• Ability to operate related equipment and systems
