- Practice management (30%)
- Promote innovation and creativity to maximize the digital profitability of projects.
- Contribute to business development through client presentations, pitches, and review of statements of work and estimates.
- Guide and steer the skill development of UX designers, web designers, art directors, and content producers.
- Be accountable for the evolution and consistency of UI, UX, web design, art direction, and content practices across the organization.
- Stay on top of market trends, tools, and best practices.
- Management and leadership (30%)
- Optimize the delivery cycle for activities under your leadership to provide a client experience that meets the highest quality standards.
- Champion client satisfaction daily and make it a shared team priority.
- Oversee HR management for the team : recruitment, coaching, performance evaluation, and development plans.
- Manage assignments and capacity forecasting for team members.
- Take part in strategic planning and leadership meetings.
- Oversee the quality of deliverables and ensure consistency across creative pillars.
- Lead the delivery of internal, organization-shaping initiatives.
- Strategic advisor (40%)
- Act as a subject-matter expert on major mandates or clients.
- Guide teams to find the right balance between creativity, performance, and business realities.
- Work closely with other leadership groups (consulting, strategy, technology, performance) to ensure an integrated, coherent approach.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of Tink's overarching creative vision.## Required Qualifications and Characteristics
- 8+ years of experience in roles related to art direction, UX / UI design, or digital creation, including at least 5 years managing multidisciplinary teamsâideally in an agency or complex digital environment.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design processes, agile methodologies, and best practices in digital experience.
- Mobilizing, inspiring leadership that encourages creativity, collaboration, and the full development of your team's potential.
- Excellent communication and coaching skills with internal teams as well as clients and partners.
- Ability to combine strategic vision with rigor, turning creative ideas into concrete, high-performing solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Strong intellectual curiosity; you stay on top of trends and foster innovation in your approaches.
- Results- and client-satisfaction oriented, while maintaining a high standard of quality in every deliverable.
- Noted for team spirit, empathy, and adaptabilityâessential for thriving in a collaborative, ever-evolving environment.
- Excellent command of French, spoken and written, plus good proficiency in English to communicate with some of our English-speaking clients.## What we offer
