Job descriptionProven experience as an Exhibit Designer, preferably in trade shows, museums, or experiential design. Proficiency in Vectorworks is essential; experience with additional design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, or AutoCAD) is a plus. Strong understanding of 3D modeling, rendering, and drafting techniques. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to interact with clients and cross-functional teams. Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities. A strong portfolio showcasing relevant exhibit designs and Vectorworks expertise.

ExpoSystems is a leading manufacturer of Trade Show Exhibits and Displays, dedicated to delivering cutting-edge exhibit designs that captivate audiences. We work with a diverse portfolio of clients, bringing their visions to life through innovative and impactful exhibit solutions.
We’re seeking an Exhibit Designer ideally with expertise in Vectorworks and familiarity with Extruded Aluminum Profile systems to join our team. If you thrive in a creative environment, have an eye for detail, and excel at translating concepts into visually stunning designs, we’d love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities :
- Design and develop exhibit layouts, including 3D models, floor plans, and detailed renderings using Vectorworks.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand design requirements, project goals, and brand guidelines.
- Create visually appealing and functional exhibit designs that align with project specifications and budget.
- Ensure compliance with technical standards, including structural and safety considerations.
- Produce detailed drawings for fabrication and installation teams.
- Stay current with industry trends, materials, and best practices to incorporate innovative ideas into designs.
