This is a contract position for a for our public sector client.
Work location : 222 Jarvis Street, Toronto, ON
Duration : 4 months
7.25 hours / day
This is a Hybrid role that requires the candidate to be onsite 3 days of the week (This is a mandatory requirement of the role and is non-negotiable outside of exceptional circumstances.)

Responsibilities
Technical Solution and Development Skills - 40 %
- At least 7+ years of experience designing solutions with Oracle Siebel CRM
- At least 7+ years of experience designing solutions with Adobe AEM technologies
- Experience with developing business design document, functional & non- functional requirements
- Experience with developing high level application flows to support the business requirements.
- Experience in developing functional design document
- Experience in creating detailed process flows, developing high-level screen designs that map steps within a process to actual views in software solutions
- Experience with solutions and designs with user experience and accessibility (WCAG / AODA)
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing
- Experience developing user personas and user journey maps
- Experience analyzing user feedback and designing solutions to address user issues and pain points
- Experience creating wire frames and high-fidelity mockups with UI prototyping software such as Figma or Adobe XD
- Experience researching and applying industry best practices
- Demonstrated experience in developing use cases (business / system), identifying and documenting business rules
- Demonstrated experience with the creation and analytical process of business requirement documents
- Demonstrated experience in identifying risk and providing solutions
- Demonstrated experience with creating quality assurance plan and writing test cases

Qualifications
At least 7+ years of experience designing solutions with Oracle Siebel CRM
Experience with developing business design document, functional & non- functional requirements
Experience in developing functional design document
Experience with solutions and designs with user experience and accessibility (WCAG / AODA)
Experience with developing application screen mock-ups and screen flows; translate screen design and workflows into Wireframes and or prototype
