Day-to-Day Duties :

  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing and resolving client needs quickly.
  • Educate customers on products and shoe care.
  • Create an engaging and enjoyable shopping experience for all customers.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets with a positive attitude.
  • Maintain attractive, well-organized displays to enhance the shopping experience .
  • Collaborate with team members to share insights and strategize for success.
  • Actively recommend products based on customer preferences, needs, and trends.
  • Assist with receiving, unpacking, and organizing stock to keep the sales floor well-stocked and organized.
