Job description

Responsibilities

Actively engage with customers, effectively communicate product benefits, and create a compelling shopping experience.
Assess customer needs and recommend suitable coffee machines to drive sales.
Work independently at the kiosk, ensuring an inviting and organized display.
Maintain a high level of product knowledge to confidently address customer inquiries.
Consistently meet or exceed sales targets.

What We Offer

Program Duration : April 17, 2025 – June 30, 2025, with potential opportunities for future programs.

Hours : 23 - 36 hours per week; shifts from Thursday to Monday, 10 : 00 AM – 7 : 00 PM.

Compensation : $25 per hour + sales incentives per machine sold.

Training : Paid online training (schedule to be confirmed).

What We’re Looking For

Minimum 6 months of retail sales experience , ideally with sales targets or incentives.

Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals.

Comfortable initiating conversations, engaging customers, and closing sales.

Ability to thrive in a high-traffic, fast-paced retail setting.

Previous experience in Costco or retail sales is an asset.

Energetic, outgoing, and friendly personality.

Access to a vehicle is required.

Full availability Thursday to Monday, 10 : 00 AM – 7 : 00 PM .
