The ideal candidate will demonstrate key capabilities essential to driving the business and your career forward.
We provide a hybrid work model employees must be in the office on Tuesdays Wednesdays and Thursdays. There will be flexibility to work remotely on Mondays and Fridays.
Position Overview : Become part of a vibrant team committed to strengthening our reputation and raising the voices of patients in the communities we serve. Within Corporate Affairs and Patient Engagement we focus on building meaningful relationships and connections to advance AbbVies mission supporting those affected by serious diseases and making a positive impact in their lives. The intern will support the Communications and Patient team on developing tools and specific projects.
Key Responsibilities :
- Customer and Patient Focus : Participate in projects that prioritize the needs and well-being of patients and healthcare providers ensuring a patient-centric approach.
- Data Analysis and Strategic Decision Making : Assist in the collection and analysis of data to inform decision-making processes and contribute to strategic initiatives.
- Adapt and Innovate : Support various departments by adapting quickly to new projects and technologies and propose creative solutions to complex challenges.
- Teamwork and Cross-Functional Collaboration : Engage with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and foster a collaborative work environment.
- Problem-Solving Skills : Engage in tasks that challenge your ability to think critically and develop innovative solutions to real-world problems.
