Votre futur rôle :
Nous sommes à la recherche d’un(e) parajuriste pour se joindre à la pratique du droit corporatif de notre bureau de Montréal. Relevant du directeur des services corporatifs, le candidat retenu sera principalement responsable de la gestion des divers aspects corporatifs et transactionnels du cabinet et de ses clients. Le titulaire du poste travaille en étroite collaboration avec les avocats et les clients du cabinet.
Vos prochains défis :
- Préparer la documentation relative aux constitutions, aux organisations, aux modifications, aux dissolutions, aux prorogations, aux roulements, au capital-actions et à d’autres transactions d’entreprise
- Effectuer des vérifications préalables sur les livres de procès-verbaux et apporter les ajustements nécessaires
- Rédiger les résolutions annuelles de l’entreprise et tenir à jour les dossiers de l’entreprise
- Gérer les dossiers corporatifs des clients et participer à divers projets liés à la pratique du droit corporatif du cabinet
- Participer au développement continu des parajuristes juniors

Your future role :
We are looking for a Paralegal to join the corporate law practice in our Montreal office. Reporting to the Director, Corporate Services, the successful applicant will be primarily responsible for handling the various corporate and transactional aspects of the firm and its clients. The role works closely with the lawyers and clients of the firm.
