Draft, review and negotiate a variety of agreements critical to our product teams, including those relating to cloud service offerings, inbound technology licensing, artificial intelligence tools and services, other vendor services, developer programs, open-source projects, and technology and strategic partnerships.
Learn and advise on the legal implications of new technologies and business models.
Help develop and implement programs for policy and process improvements to enable teams to move faster and smarter.
Support M&A activities for specified product areas, including due diligence reviews, advising on transaction structure, execution, and integration matters, with a focus on intellectual property and go-to-market issues.
