Description

:

• Manage intake and creation of work orders
• Review and manage service related documentation
• Compile customer information and submit for approval
• Invoicing service workorders for internal and external customers
• Invoicing Warranty claims
• General administration and clerical duties, as required
• Collection of customer payments

Qualifications:

• Excellent time management skills
• Team player with ability to work in fast paced environment
• 2-3 years of administrative experience considered an asset
• Computer proficiency with a variety of software
• Customer Service mindset
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Important Notes:

• This is a permanent, full time position for our Estevan
• This position is currently on a Monday to Friday shift
• Training opportunities provided
