Boiling Point is a growing Taiwanese Hot Soup specialty restaurant with locations in the US, Canada, and China. We believe in ensuring that every customer receives the best quality food and the most authentic Taiwanese food dining experience possible.

Purpose & Summary :
To provide patron satisfaction in our restaurant that revolves around preparing food for recipe execution, appearance, and quality of food to lead to an overall great dining experience for the patrons.
Duties & Responsibilities :
- Prepare all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner
- Follow recipes, portion controls, and presentation specifications as set by BP’s gold standard
- Has understanding and knowledge of how to properly use and maintain all equipment in the station
- Responsible for maintaining all equipment machines to prepare food including powering on and off at the beginning and close of the restaurant
- Clean food preparation areas, cooking surfaces, and utensils
- Verify that prepared food meets BP requirements for quality
- Maintain personal health and sanitation standards
- Must be knowledgeable of all safety codes per BP's guidelines
- Ensure compliance with BP’s code of ethics, integrity and conduct
