Job Description

Enterprise Technology and Services (ETS) delivers shared technology services supporting all the Firm’s business applications and end users. ETS is focused on enabling the Firm to manage its global businesses and clients with market leading technology platforms that are resilient, secure, smart, fast, flexible, and efficient. The candidate will join the team responsible for Insights, Reporting, and Tooling within ETS COO. This role operates in a fast-paced environment and requires a strong resource that can operate both independently and as part of a team. Responsibilities
• Display strong analytical skills, with a proven track record of managing & reporting on large data sets and ad hoc requests
• Calendarize reporting offerings & activities to ensure timely business insights across Financials, Workforce, and Portfolio.
• Collaborate with product owners to capture requirements, define scope, and track work in Jira
• Maintenance of Jira advanced road map including day to day Kanban board organization
• Assistance with documenting governance process flows, artifacts, and responsibilities
• Demonstrate good time management and ability to prioritize tasks and to meet deadlines across multiple projects Requirements:
• Proven experience managing projects in Jira
• Experience with business intelligence tools desired (Power Platform)
• Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Demonstrate the ability to work independently in a high-pressure environment while juggling multiple tasks
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills
• Exceptional attention to detail and highly organized
• Excellent in Microsoft Office tools, especially PowerPoint and Excel
• Ability to analyze / synthesize large amounts of information
• Creative thinker who will take complete ownership and accountability
