Position : COO Support Business Analyst

12 Months Contract

Enterprise Technology and Services (ETS) delivers shared technology services supporting all the Firm's business applications and end users. ETS is focused on enabling the Firm to manage its global businesses and clients with market-leading technology platforms that are resilient, secure, smart, fast, flexible, and efficient.The candidate will be involved in COO special projects as well as part of a team responsible for Reporting, Tooling, and Metrics. This role operates in a fast-paced environment and requires a strong resource that can operate both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities :

• Display strong analytical skills, with a proven track record of managing & reporting on large data sets
• Manage cadence, agendas and briefing materials required for the ETS COO group
• Synthesize complex information from multiple sources into clear, concise, and compelling narratives.
• Calendarize reporting offerings & activities to ensure timely business insights across Financials, Workforce, and Portfolio. Develop robust analytics and increase transparency.
• Assistance with documenting governance process flows, artifacts, and responsibilities
• Develop, analyze, and present findings in response to senior management requests
• Demonstrate good time management and ability to prioritize tasks and to meet deadlines across multiple projects
