We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead one of our small format convenience stores or local supermarkets ranging from 3,000-10,000 square feet. As Store Manager, you will oversee daily operations, a team of 5-10 staff, and be responsible for sales up to $250,000 per week. This is an exciting opportunity to join our growing brand and take the lead in running a new or expanded location.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the daily operations of the store including merchandising, inventory, scheduling, and financial targets
- Coach, develop, and lead a small team of staff to ensure excellent customer service
- Analyze sales data and implement strategies to increase revenue and meet sales goals
- Comply with all company policies including health, safety, loss prevention, and regulatory requirements
- Build strong community relationships and promote the store through local marketing initiatives
- Handle customer issues, complaints, and ensure a positive shopping experience
