Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a MNF General Laborer/PIV Operator join their team. As a MNF General Laborer/PIV Operator you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting production operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: MNF General Laborer/PIV Operator

Location: Brockville, ON

Pay Range: 23.11

Shift: 12 hour continental

What's the Job?

• Perform manufacturing operations using written work instructions, SOPs, and prescribed systems of controls and checks.
• Operate production machinery and equipment throughout the plant, on rotating shift structures, to meet target machine and productivity rates.
• Conduct regular quality checks to ensure compliance with standards.
• Develop troubleshooting skills for plant processes, perform equipment changeovers, and carry out minor repairs as needed.
• Assist in shipping and receiving duties, including unloading and loading shipments, when required.

What's Needed?

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Successful security clearance under the Canadian Controlled Goods Registration program.
• Experience using equipment in manufacturing, retail, automotive, or related fields.
• Basic understanding of work instructions in English, both written and verbal.
• Ability to operate powered industrial vehicles (PIV) and manual packing skills.
