Key Responsibilities

- Lead accounting, financial reporting, and compliance activities across multiple entities.
- Oversee month-end close, reconciliations, budgeting support, and day-to-day financial operations.
- Manage, mentor, and develop the accounting team while promoting accuracy, accountability, and collaboration.
- Improve accounting processes, internal controls, reporting workflows, and financial systems.
- Partner with leadership to provide financial insight, support decision-making, and identify operational efficiencies.
- Support special projects related to payroll, lender reporting, inventory accounting, ERP systems, and process improvements as needed.
