Pomerleau is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their Civil & Infrastructure team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing large-scale building and infrastructure projects, ranging from $1.5 million to upwards of $1 billion.

What You Will Do :

• Be at the forefront of all project procurement and execution.
• Plan, schedule, estimate, and forecast project budgets.
• Lead, mentor, and oversee your internal project team to ensure success.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with internal stakeholders, external clients, contractors, and subtrades.
• Take ownership of the bidding and contracting process, leveraging your expertise in cost control and payment management to maximize profitability.
• Guide our outstanding project team by ensuring seamless coordination of plans and specifications, while managing project finances.
• Adapt to evolving client needs by proposing innovative solutions that highlight your creativity and resourcefulness.
