Sales Enablement Specialist (Contract)

What are we looking for?

We’re seeking a highly motivated, collaborative, and eager-to-learn Sales Enablement Specialist to support our global Sales Operations and Enablement Team. This team supports 75+ offices around the world, across North America, South America, Australia, Europe, and the Middle East. And you will be a key player in delivering best-in-class service to all our stakeholders.

The right fit for us is a detail-oriented team player, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You are resourceful, analytical, and possess a curiosity for what is possible, balanced with a commitment to implement the best solution and constantly strive for continuous improvement.

How will you contribute to the Sales Enablement Team?

In your role, you will support three key functions : Sales Support, Salesforce Support, and Sales Training. We will provide you all the training you need in-house. We are invested in your success.

Sales Support duties include :

  • daily Sales user support, including ongoing updates and education on new internal initiatives, reports etc.
  • ongoing Sales Contests to drive performance and engagement
  • Salesforce Lead Routing to pertinent markets and individuals
  • Enterprise Accounts with daily account management tasks

Salesforce Support duties include :

  • daily Salesforce platform and user support, including ongoing updates and education on new features, benefits, reports etc.
  • customization of objects, fields, record types, rate tables, page layouts, validation rules
  • closely with all departments to review operational processes and address inefficiencies
  • users, profiles and roles, and security models
  • Sales Training duties include :

  • and update training materials, including onboarding collateral, battle cards, training videos, etc.
  • corporate training team with creating a centralized library for all training materials.
  • Desired skills :

  • year of experience in a sales, marketing or sales enablement role
  • post-secondary education and / or commensurate experience
  • team player, who thrives in a multicultural environment

  • communication and writing skills
  • organizational and time-management skills
  • with Salesforce Lightning a strong asset
  • to thrive in a multi-functional, multi-tasking environment
