As a Senior Contract Administrator at WSP Transportation Group, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the contract administration process for Ministry of Transportation (MTO high complexity projects. This role requires you to coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of project outputs within budget and with high-quality results. Compliance monitoring is a key aspect of the position, as you will ensure that projects adhere to the contract design drawings, specifications, and standards. You will handle all contract documentation, including contract monitoring and submittals, and conduct periodic site reviews to assess project progress and compliance.
The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of relevant experience in contract administration on MTO projects, with demonstrated experience as a Contractor Administrator on four (4) or more similar MTO bridge or municipal bridge construction projects with at least two (2) have a value of at least $20,000,000.00. Strong organizational, communication, and negotiation skills are essential, as well as a OACETT MTO Certification as Road Construction Contract Administrator (rcca). This role reports to the Contract Administration Manager.
