WHO YOU ARE
Are you a thriving and aspiring Administrative Professional? Then we have the best opportunity for you! We are looking for a customer service and administrative professional to become Administrative Assistant. This role works closely with the site Team to support success of our apartment complexes and Hazelview overall.
WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL
- Completion of High School or general education degree (GED)
- 2+ years of related experience in a customer service, administration, or related role
- Computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite, Email, Internet, Yardi would be an asset)
- Exposure to the multi-residential or other related industry asset class would be an asset.
- Excellent communication is required. Ability to speak other languages is considered an asset.
- A demonstrated high degree of integrity, discretion, and confidentiality
- Ability to remain calm and focused in high pressure situations.
- Self-motivated individual with a “can-do” and “no task is too big or too small” attitude.
- Superior organizational and time management skills with ability to multi-task / prioritize and work under tight timelines.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
Building Admin is primarily responsible for the general administration and oversight of the property and to ensure that a superior level of co-operation, service and support is provided to Residents thereby ensuring that Hazelview is the preferred landlord of choice.
