Dilawri Group is now actively searching for a Marketing Strategist to join their Domestics team at Thorncrest Ford, Vaughan Chrysler & Frost GM!
Position Summary :
As a Marketing Strategist at Dilawri Group, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing customer retention and driving sales across our Domestics’ Dilawri franchised dealerships in the Ontario region. Reporting directly to the National Director, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing plans, managing monthly campaigns, overseeing social media strategies, and ensuring brand compliance. Your strategic insights and collaborative approach will help shape our marketing initiatives and enhance our market presence.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute annual marketing plans for each dealership in collaboration with General Managers.
- Manage monthly vehicle promotions and priorities, ensuring alignment with dealership goals.
- Oversee experiential and sponsorship requirements to enhance brand visibility and community engagement.
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Coordinate traditional and ethnic media buys, including print and radio advertisements.
- Manage social media accounts, content creation, and engagement strategies.
- Conduct monthly dealership audits to evaluate in-store experience and website performance.
- Maintain effective communication with National Marketing regarding local activations and partnerships.
- Provide additional support to dealerships as needed to ensure marketing goals are met. Qualifications :
