The Opportunity
The Manager, Content Marketing, is responsible for leading a team of marketing professionals to deliver organic awareness, acquisition, and adoption for our emerging lines of business. You will lead your team in developing and implementing strategic plans that drive YoY growth through multiple acquisition channels. Using a digital-first approach and a customer-centric view, you will guide your team create compelling content and campaigns that resonate with our defined customer segments and strategically nurture leads throughout the customer journey.
What You Will Do
- With guidance from the Director, Content Marketing and Marketing Operations, lead the design, development, and approval of the annual content strategy (owned and licensed) with input from business SMEs and content creator groups
- Report on content KPIs by consolidating reporting across channels to present to executive leadership and collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather results
- Build and lead a high-performing team that aligns with Fidelity’s values and that collaborates well in cross-functional environments
- Work with your team of content marketers to execute quarterly marketing campaigns designed to drive new and existing clients, including onboarding, cross-selling, retention, and platform adoption programs to drive KPIs
- Ensure website content is up-to-date and accurate at all times (Investor education, Expert Insights)
- Execute against the annual business plan and budget
- Maintain compliance with communication policies, procedures, and brand standards by reviewing, editing, and approving all marketing material and sales communications produced by your team
- Vendor relationship administration and support
