The Role
Fortis Construction Group Inc. is seeking a candidate to fill the role of Marketing & Social Media Coordinator. Reporting to the leadership team, you'll be the driving force behind our day-to-day marketing efforts. From managing social media content to creating on-brand visuals and coordinating marketing campaigns across Fortis Group and affiliated companies, you'll bring consistency, creativity, and energy to every touchpoint.
Key Responsibilities :
- Social Media Management : Own and grow our social media presence across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms. Plan, create, schedule, and post engaging content tailored to each audience.
- Graphic Design & Content Creation : Design graphics for digital and print materials, including social posts, brochures, signage, proposals, and presentations—keeping each brand's identity consistent and polished.
- Marketing Coordination :
- Assist in executing marketing initiatives, including email campaigns, promotional materials, community involvement, trade shows, and recruitment marketing.
- Manage and collaborate with third-party service providers as required for marketing initiatives, collateral and special projects.
- Brand Oversight : Maintain and evolve brand guidelines across all companies to ensure a cohesive and professional presence.
- Photography & Videography Support (Bonus) : Capture site photos or coordinate with vendors for ongoing content needs.
