We’re looking for a Marketing Content Creator & Video Editor to collaborate with the team on content strategy behind some of the most exciting live events in North America : FAN EXPO, VidCon, Interior Design Show, Artist Project, One of a Kind Spring & Christmas Shows, and Art Toronto.

As a core member of the Marketing team, you’ll be shaping the video content that keeps our brand at the forefront of fandom and live events. From viral moments to event recaps and ad campaigns, you’ll craft videos that capture the energy of our shows and keep fans engaged.
The ideal candidate is tapped into the latest trends, has sharp video editing skills, and knows how to create content that gets people talking. Job Description
This role is based in our Toronto office.
Responsibilities of the Marketing Content Creator & Video Editor :
- Create, manage, and optimize content for YouTube, TikTok, and other social media platforms, including event highlights, cosplay compilations, panel clips, branded thumbnails, SEO optimization, and interactive filters.
- Assist the wider marketing team to create and edit video ads for each event as needed.
- Manage the content calendar and ensure consistent posting and community engagement.
- Research and stay updated on social media trends to pitch ideas and ensure content remains relevant and engaging.
- Set up and manage the FAN EXPO Studio at events, including coordinating with talent and agents to film content in our studio.
- Scout and oversee local videographers, ensuring quality coverage and managing relationships.
- Plan and guide videographers’ schedules and shot lists for each event.
- Capture and edit event footage as needed.
- Build partnerships with influencers and entertainment brands to expand content opportunities.
- Organize and maintain the video archive after events.
- Constantly analyze content performance to grow subscribers and improve strategy.
- Support newsletter creation and analyze metrics to improve engagement.
- Collaborate with the sponsorship team to develop revenue-generating content ideas.
- Perform other duties as needed.
