Durham Region Painting | Scarborough & Ajax Territories
Immediate Start | Summer 2026
We are hiring Sales / Marketing Interns to start immediately and work through August.
This is a field-based, performance-driven role focused on door-to-door marketing for a fast-growing residential painting business.
This internship provides hands-on experience in outside sales, marketing, business development, and customer communication within a real operating business.
This is not a desk job or casual summer position.
The work you do directly impacts revenue.
What You’ll Be Doing

Door-to-door marketing in assigned neighborhoods

Speaking professionally with homeowners
-
Generating and qualifying leads
-
Booking free estimates
-
Tracking daily performance metrics
-
Representing Durham Region Painting in the community

Accurately recording lead information and homeowner interest

Comfortable talking to strangers and handling rejection

Competitive mindset with strong work ethic

Coachable and reliable
No experience required.
Training, scripts, and ongoing support are provided.
Schedule & Commitment

Start immediately – work through August

Minimum 3 shifts per week (3–4 hours per shift)
