With world‑class ROVs (Remote Operated Vehicles), survey systems, and a fleet of offshore construction vessels, the group combines expertise and technology to deliver integrated subsea solutions to the offshore energy industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer the Document Control processes for DOF Canada;
  • Assist in the identification, preparation, formatting, registering, scanning, collation, quality check, issue and filing of documentation as required;
  • Hard copy archiving / filing of documentation from vessels, projects and departments as specified by the Project / Department Managers and updating relevant document registers;
  • Support the continual improvement of an effective Business Management System complying with ISO 45001 : 2018, ISO 9001 : 2015 and ISO 14001 : 2015.

Key Qualifications and Experience

  • Post‑secondary education in Office Administration with a concentration in Records and Information Management Diploma;
  • Experience in using a Document Control Software to manage documents;
  • 1–3 years' experience in administering Document Control preferably in the offshore energy industry;
  • Very proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational and time‑management skills;
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information;
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
