Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of high-impact HR consulting projects across a broad range of areas, including HR strategy, organizational design, leadership and team development, performance and talent management, employee engagement, and change management.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, developing strong, trust-based relationships and providing strategic guidance aligned with their business context and culture.
- Design and implement customized HR solutions, frameworks, and tools, ensuring they are practical, culturally responsive, and grounded in best practices.
- Oversee project teams, including Analysts and Consultants, providing coaching, guidance, and quality assurance to ensure consistent, high-quality deliverables.
- Manage project scope, timelines, resources, and budgets, ensuring work is completed on time and to the satisfaction of the client.
- Facilitate engagement activities such as leadership sessions, focus groups, interviews, and team workshops.
- Develop and present professional, client-ready deliverables such as presentations, reports, strategic plans, and policy documentation.
- Monitor changes in HR legislation and trends to proactively inform clients and enhance consulting offerings.
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive project environment that encourages learning, innovation, and continuous improvement within the team.
- Occasional travel within Canada is required for project work and team meetings, including to remote regions.
