We’re looking for a bright and motivated individual to join our team on a full-time basis for Vancouver Island. The ideal candidate is excited about managing their own client portfolio and providing effective leadership to project teams.

The Client Manager will be responsible for business and relationship management with clients from different market sectors, identifying opportunities for various consulting services within Pinchin. You will collaborate with Project Managers and the Marketing team to develop and maintain these relationships. If you are outgoing and enjoy continuous learning, this is an excellent opportunity for you!

Responsibilities at Pinchin include :

• Identifying and investigating new business opportunities.
• Contributing to strategic development within a sector or client segment.
• Managing client relationships, understanding their needs, and seeking additional opportunities for consulting services.
• Participating in tradeshows, sponsorships, and association events.
• Promoting Pinchin and its services through various channels.
• Arranging meetings and building relationships between clients and Project Managers.
• Collaborating with marketing to explore new opportunities.
• Working with proposal teams to meet client needs in RFQ / RFI documents.
• Gathering and acting on client feedback.
• Addressing client questions and concerns.
• Communicating cross-selling opportunities to other service groups.
