Job description
Joins-toi à l'équipe de SPT Consultant, une entreprise jeune et dynamique en pleine croissance! Nature du travail Sous la direction du contrôleur financier, l'adjoint comptable est responsable d’entrer les factures fournisseurs à payer et de concilier les transactions effectuées sur les cartes de crédits corporatives. Il procède également à la facturation des commandes client et supporte le contrôleur financier dans ses opérations quotidiennes. Responsabilités Entrer des factures fournisseurs : Gérer les communications : réception des factures, communications avec les fournisseurs; Vérifier les factures et obtenir les approbations requises; Comptabiliser les factures et programmer les paiements; Effectuer le suivi des transactions des carte de crédit auprès des employés; Vérifier les états de comptes mensuels. Procéder à la facturation des commandes client : Mettre à jour le fichier de suivi des projets; Effectuer les vérifications requises afin de procéder aux demandes de facturation. Toutes autres tâches connexes au poste dont : Aider à la production des rapports financiers mensuels; Supporter le contrôleur dans ses opérations quotidiennes.
