Nous recrutons pour le compte d'une entreprise manufacturière située à Lachute un(e) Ingénieur(e) de procédés mécaniques
We are currently hiring on behalf of a manufacturing company located in Lachute for a Mechanical Process Engineer.
Key responsibilities
- Reporting to the Production Director, your main duties will include :
- Defining, implementing, and ensuring compliance with operational standards for equipment (centerline / setup data)
- Designing and standardizing methods to reduce variability during raw material or product changes, thereby minimizing production downtime (RCO / SMED)
- Collaborating closely with the quality team to ensure raw material compliance and monitor issues (audits, inspections, follow-ups, etc.)
- Leading and supporting continuous improvement projects while documenting operational processes
- Coaching and training operators on best practices, facilitating team meetings, and contributing to the creation of training materials (e.g. videos)
- Participating in daily production follow-up meetings and contributing to the development of the 24-hour production plan
- Identifying, prioritizing, and implementing corrective and preventive actions to optimize processes in your area
- Monitoring production unit performance and executing related action plans
- Promoting and strengthening a strong health & safety culture within the teams
