Who You Are

We have an exciting opportunity for a full-time Management Consultant to join our growing company. This role is ideal for someone who likes and has experience with small business. We are looking for a proactive go-getter who embraces change and enjoys working with clients from various industries. No day will be the same! From facilitating strategic planning to implementing solutions with small business teams, you will need to be confident, collaborative, and outgoing with a desire to regularly face new challenges.

This role is ideal for an experienced professional with a strong network who’s seeking just the right fit and is hungry to grow. You’ve built a solid foundation over the past few years, demonstrating an entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for making things happen. Humble, hardworking, and people-smart, you might be ready for a change.

You value teamwork but excel when working independently. You’re financially literate, tech-savvy, and an excellent communicator.

Those who know you best would describe you as a natural problem-solver with a keen sense of what’s important. Friends trust your advice, knowing you cut to the chase. You’re often right but don’t feel the need to gloat. Always exploring new ideas, you’re a lifelong learner. Key Duties

• Work on projects covering all business areas : organizational structure, reporting, marketing, sales, operations, and strategic planning.
• Collaborate closely with business owners, leaders, and managers to manage expectations and maintain momentum throughout engagements.
• Partner with seasoned Bellrock consultants, learning from their expertise.
• Make tangible improvements in our clients’ business performance – and their lives.
• Support leadership, management, and sales training programs as a trainer, coach, and coordinator.
• Improve internal systems, processes, and content.
• Discover more about small business than you thought possible.
