Are you a highly driven, results orientated individual who is ready to take the first step towards an exciting career in a company committed to your success? UpAuto is looking for a Sales & Leasing Consultant at Hanover Honda.

The Sales & Leasing Consultant will be the subject matter expert for all customers looking to purchase a vehicle at Hanover Honda. You will be responsible for providing high-level quality customer service by ensuring all guests have an enjoyable experience with UpAuto. If have a passion for customer service, a sales-oriented background, and a drive for creating long lasting customer relationships, then this role is for you!

Job Duties :

  • Work with clients to understand their needs.
  • Respond to client concerns and questions.
  • Develop and maintains a full knowledge of all products, available services, pricing and key features.
  • Build strong relationships with clients.
  • Ensure that every vehicle delivery is special for each and every client.
  • Additional duties as assigned.

Successful Candidates Possess :

  • 1-3 Years in a sales background.
  • Valid OMVIC certification.
  • Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
  • Professional demeanor and appearance.
  • Ability to work in a team and possesses strong interpersonal skills with an upbeat and engaging attitude.
  • Excellent listening skills.
  • Strong negotiating skills.
  • Self-motivated with excellent work ethic.
  • Ability to problem solve and high attention to detail.
  • Loves a fast-paced environment.
  • Computer skills and understanding of technology.
  • Experience with DMS software considered an asset.
