Position : Management Consultant
Location : Remote
Duration : Months Contract + Possible Extension
Job Description :
The Management Consultant is required to have the following skills and experience :
- A minimum of years experience leading teams in consensus building with members from
- across public sector organizations such as ministries, agencies, authorities, crown corporations
- and other public entities as appropriate to the Experience Level;
- Development of legislation frameworks and legislation;
- Creating, identifying and articulating strategic objectives;
- Translating objectives into business plans;
- Developing cross organizational objectives;
- Documenting and formalizing agreements into memoranda of understanding or memoranda of
- agreement;
- Identification and linkage of service outcomes of one organization or groups of organizations into an integrated service delivery model;
- Identification and implementation of organizational and functional design changes;
- Articulation and development of governance alternatives;
- Articulation, development and promotion of service delivery models, including citizen centric Service delivery models;
- Facilitation of planning for cultural change;
- Investment portfolio analysis and executive decision consultation;
- Transition planning; and Preparation of reports such as Treasury Board Submissions.
