Responsibilities:
- Schedule and conduct sales appointments with homeowners to understand their needs.
- Provide expert guidance and recommendations on the most suitable products to meet customer needs
- Assist customers in understanding product features, benefits, and installation procedures.
- Process orders and ensure timely delivery of products.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Requirements:
- A diploma or certificate in interior design would be well regarded.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Sales experience and a customer focused approach is highly desirable.
- Basic knowledge of plumbing products is an asset.
- Ability to quickly learn new product offerings.
