Skills required : Great interest in knowing the history of the products sold and highlighting them; Strong sense of customer service; Ability to communicate and establish a climate of trust with customers; Calm, patient and respectful; Ability to work as part of a team to meet objectives; Proficiency in office automation tools (Excel, Word, e-mail). Working hours : Shifts shared within the team to cover all opening hours, i.e. 7 days a week from 9 : 00 a.m. to 9 : 00 p.m.; Alternating shifts on public holidays Languages spoken : French and English mandatory; Any other language would be an asset, given the tourist clientele.
