Job description

Job Title: Sales Representative
Location: Alberta-based (remote/hybrid with travel)
Position Type: Full-Time, Base Salary + Commission

General Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will focus on developing new customer relationships while maintaining and strengthening existing ones. You will identify sales opportunities, promote our range of foundation drilling and piling equipment, and deliver exceptional customer service. Your primary objective will be to drive revenue growth through strategic sales efforts and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

· Build and nurture strong relationships with both current and potential clients.
· Seek out and capitalize on new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and lead generation.
· Deliver product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients.
· Analyze customer needs and customize solutions to meet their business requirements.
· Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
· Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and activity updates.
· Stay informed on industry trends and market developments to optimally position our products and services.
· Collaborate with team members and other departments to support overall company success.

Requirements:

· 5+ years of sales experience in a heavy equipment-related industry (foundation drilling, piling, geotechnical, or construction equipment preferred)
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Ability to understand and present technical or specialized products effectively
· Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
· Familiarity with CRM software is required
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
· Valid Driver’s license and available to travel up to 50-60% of the month

This is a full-time, on-site/remote hybrid role based in Alberta with travel throughout the territory.
