DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supervise Construction Inspectors providing mentorship and oversight to ensure project goals are met.
• Interpret contract drawings specifications and standards providing guidance to stakeholders and team members.
• Conduct periodic inspections to verify compliance with project requirements and safety protocols.
• Prepare and manage progress reports payment certifications and claims ensuring transparency and accuracy.
• Review and analyze contractor schedules providing insights to keep projects on track.
• Actively resolve challenges recommend mitigation strategies and oversee adjustments to project plans as needed.
• Foster compliance with health safety and environmental regulations across all phases of the project.
• Other duties as assigned.
