Job descriptionCutting and maintaining lawns, small engine operation Installing and maintaining flower beds Material upgrades (topsoil, riverstone, mulch, etc.) Constructing pathways and fences Complete cleanup of properties of litter and debris. Complete cleanup of leaves Lawn aeration Winter preparation of all properties Complete cleanup of properties of litter and debris. Being available On-call Clearing pathways and stairs of snow Clearing roads and parking lots of snow Ice control Refilling material boxes Heavy equipment operation based on experience Post-winter sweeping of all properties Post-winter cleanup of flower beds Complete cleanup of properties of litter and debris. Beginning of grass / summer maintenance Wages are based on experience.

JOB DESCRIPTION :
At Boyd Property Maintenance Inc, we provide our services to both residential and commercial properties including 50+ condominiums throughout the Ottawa area. With the fall season quickly approaching, we are currently looking for reliable labor hands to join us in finishing our summer operations and carrying through into the fall / winter season. Year-round positions are available through the changing of all seasons.
BPM takes pride in the relationships we build with our staff; we offer a great family-like atmosphere that makes it a pleasure to come to work with our crew each day. With several tasks during each job, each crew member provides an important part of the team with ample opportunity to learn and grow with our knowledgeable crew.
Qualifications Include :
- Being able to take instruction
- MUST have transportation to and from our shop location in Russell, ON. Public transit is NOT available to our location.
- Physically fit / Able to work outdoors for an extended period of time
- Steel toe boots, work pants (we supply eye & ear protection)
- No experience is required but always is a bonus. We can teach you if you have the drive to learn!
