Prepare detailed construction Cost Estimates, Purchase Orders & Change Orders. Developing and maintain schedules in conjunction with the Project Team to meet milestones and completion dates. Provide clear direction to Team Members to ensure project targets are achieved. Facilitating project meetings, provide input, anticipate stakeholder needs, and proactively identify solutions to support ongoing projects. Maintaining, tracking, and reporting on financial aspects of projects, including Subcontractors, materials, coding, forecasts and billings. Managing the procurement process, including Subcontractor and Supplier negotiations and awards. Ensuring all employees and Subcontractors are communicating with clients professionally and appropriately. Supporting and maintaining healthy, happy work environments and corporate culture. Experience coordinating all phases of a construction project from initiation to completion. Minimum of five years coordinating projects in the commercial construction industry. Experience with construction management software tools and current technology. Experience with Retail & Hospitality projects considered an asset.
