Position OverviewEncorp Atlantic is seeking an inspiring and visionary Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead its mission of advancing environmental sustainability and fostering impactful relationships. Based in Moncton, NB, the CEO will serve as the organization's highest-ranking executive, driving strategic direction and ensuring operational excellence while nurturing a culture of trust, collaboration, and innovation.Reporting directly to the Board of Directors (BOD), the CEO will spearhead initiatives that position Encorp Atlantic as a recognized leader in environmental stewardship and stakeholder collaboration. This individual will play a pivotal role as the organization's public face, representing its mission and values and in collaboration with industry associations, government entities, and community partners.
