Job description5+ years of experience in a consulting services role or related position. 10+ years of experience in a cybersecurity environment, including 3 years in a PCI environment. University degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent experience. Comfort in customer-facing consulting situations. Experience in delivering business support strategy focused on client delivery KPIs. Support client engagements from pre-sales to post-project follow-up. Analyze marketplace trends to identify opportunities. Strong proficiency with cybersecurity management frameworks. Experience with governance, risk and compliance functions, cybersecurity products, and services. Expertise in producing reports and briefings for senior client executives. Ability to resolve problems and coordinate escalations with client technology teams. Passion for Cybersecurity and continuous learning, especially in payment card security. High familiarity with PCI-DSS requirements. Familiarity with industry standards such as ISO 27001 / 2, NIST-800-53 / CSF, etc. Security Certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISA, CISM, etc.). Current or ability to achieve Secret Level II clearance required. Bilingual (English and French). Certified as a QSA or eligible to be a QSA. Experience working with Merchants, Service providers, or Card Brands.

We are a customer-facing cybersecurity professional services team, working directly with TELUS customers to assess their security posture, develop plans to increase their security posture, and support them in securing their business and thriving securely in a digital world.
What you'll do :
- Manage, build, and grow TELUS Cybersecurity Professional Services Payment Card Industry Practice.
- Client project scoping and proposal development for Payment Card Industry compliance projects.
- Develop project proposals and manage delivery for won PCI projects.
- Support the expansion and maturity of the PCI-DSS Advisory practice.
- Manage day-to-day activities of the practice, including proposal and delivery management.
- Provide administrative support including funnel building, billing, and financial management.
- Resource planning and management for client projects.
- Engage in business development and sales enablement activities.
- Collaborate with peers on sales initiatives and client engagements.
- Provide client-facing support from pre-sales to post-project follow-up.
- Review and formalize processes in collaboration with marketing and sales.
