Job description

Job Description :

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, contractors, and supplier representatives.
Respond to customer inquiries, resolve any issues, and process transactions.
Prepare accurate quotations to existing customers and contractors.
Manage order entry, tracking, and maintenance in AS400 system.
Research inventory availability to meet customer deadlines.
Stay updated on electrical product knowledge.
Handle incoming / outgoing calls and occasional counter service to support walk-in customers.
Perform other tasks that may be assigned.

Work Schedule :

Monday to Friday : 8 : 00am to 4 : 30pm

Job Requirements :

2-3 years of Inside Sales or Customer Service experience (Electrical Industry).

Basic knowledge of electrical products preferred.

Proficient in using ERP systems (AS400).

Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).

Strong time management and organization skills.

Clean Criminal Background Check required.

Bonus Qualifications :

Experience working in the Automotive and Manufacturing Industry (asset).

Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
