Job descriptionEnsure consistent execution of WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan Repair damage to vehicle body panels Vehicle disassembly and reassembly Repair or replace interior and exterior parts, electrical components, and vehicle accessories Remove and install welded and sectioned parts to a vehicle Use of frame equipment Apply new knowledge and skills to ensure a high level of quality and productivity, which directly contributes to KPI’s (Sales / CP / EBITA / BHPD / NPS). Take responsibility for outcomes and continuously seek learning opportunities to improve performance High School Diploma or equivalent Completion of Post-Secondary Education in an Auto Body Repair Program Minimum 3 years of Auto Body Technician experience Welding experience (MIG, TIG welding) Red Seal or 310B is preferred I-Car Registered (working towards Gold Class certification) You are able to lift up to 50 Lbs You have your own toolbox Valid driver’s license required

Job Description
The Auto Body Technician is responsible for structural and non-structural repairs, and will disassemble, repair, and reassemble each vehicle. The Auto Body Technician works with all team members in achieving the repair facilities' KPIs.

Compensation Details : $90,000 - $140,000 per year
