Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and mentor a team of software engineers to deliver high-quality software solutions on time and within budget.

Evaluate and implement best practices, tools, and technologies to optimize software development processes.

Provide technical guidance and support to team members, fostering a culture of learning and innovation.

Oversee the full software development lifecycle, from planning and design to deployment and maintenance.

Qualifications :

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

years of experience in software engineering leadership roles, preferably in the financial industry.

Strong technical background with expertise in software development methodologies, programming languages, and technologies.

Proven track record of successfully leading and managing software development teams.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Demonstrated ability to drive innovation and implement best practices in software engineering.

Language Requirements :

Fluency in English is required. Knowledge of French is an asset.

Responsabilités principales :

Diriger et encadrer une équipe d'ingénieurs logiciels pour fournir des solutions logicielles de haute qualité dans les délais et dans les limites du budget.

Collaborer avec des équipes interfonctionnelles pour définir les exigences et les priorités du projet.

Définir la vision et la stratégie techniques pour le développement logiciel, en veillant à l'alignement avec les objectifs commerciaux.

Évaluer et mettre en œuvre les meilleures pratiques, les outils et les technologies pour optimiser les processus de développement logiciel.

Fournir des conseils techniques et un soutien aux membres de l'équipe, favorisant une culture d'apprentissage et d'innovation.

Superviser le cycle de vie complet du développement logiciel, de la planification et de la conception au déploiement et à la maintenance.

Qualifications :

Baccalauréat ou maîtrise en informatique, en génie ou dans un domaine connexe.

années d'expérience dans des postes de direction en ingénierie logicielle, de préférence dans l'industrie financière.

Solide expérience technique avec une expertise dans les méthodologies de développement logiciel, les langages de programmation et les technologies.

Exigences linguistiques :

La maîtrise de l'anglais est requise. La connaissance du français est un atout.
