  • Lead post-mortem analyses and implement lessons learned from incidents.
  • Data Center Operations :  Oversee the operation and maintenance of hardware and infrastructure in data centers, ensuring high availability, resilience, and fast recovery from hardware failures.
  • Capacity Planning :  Collaborate with engineering teams to plan for infrastructure scaling in both cloud and data center environments, ensuring systems can handle growth and traffic spikes.
  • Infrastructure as Code (IaC) :  Design, implement, and maintain IaC solutions using tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar, for both cloud and data center environments.
  • Collaboration :  Work closely with development teams to define and document operational requirements, ensuring seamless integration of new services into production.
  • Security & Compliance :  Ensure infrastructure and applications comply with security best practices and are resilient against potential threats.
  • Performance Optimization :  Analyze system performance, identify bottlenecks, and work on solutions to optimize resource utilization and efficiency across cloud and data center environments.

What You'll Bring

  • 5+ years of experience in a Site Reliability Engineer, Infrastructure Engineer, or similar role.
  • Experience managing large-scale physical infrastructure in data centers, including server hardware, networking, storage arrays, and power management systems.
  • Proficiency with orchestration tools such as Ansible, Chef, Puppet, or Salt Stack.
  • Strong scripting skills in languages like Python, Bash, PHP, Perl, or PowerShell.
  • Experience working in diverse environments (Windows, Linux, Unix).
  • Hands-on experience with monitoring tools such as LogicMonitor, Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of networking protocols, DNS, load balancing, and security best practices.
  • Experience in incident management, including root cause analysis and post-mortem reporting.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Nice to have :

  • Expertise in cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
  • Experience with containerization technologies like Docker, Kubernetes, Podman, or LXC.
  • Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar.
  • Experience with CI / CD tools like Jenkins, Rundeck, Azure DevOps, or similar.
  • Strong knowledge of automation frameworks and cloud-native technologies.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and working in a DevOps environment.
