Nous recherchons un(e) Responsable de la conformité en sécurité pour agir comme lien entre la gouvernance de sécurité et l’exécution opérationnelle.

Dans ce rôle, vous vous assurerez que les politiques et standards de sécurité sont non seulement définis, mais réellement appliqués par les équipes. Vous contribuerez à améliorer les processus et à renforcer la posture de sécurité globale.

Ce que vous ferez:

  • Assurer la conformité aux politiques, normes et exigences réglementaires

  • Veiller à l’alignement des équipes opérationnelles avec les processus de sécurité

  • Superviser l’exécution dans les domaines suivants:

    Gestion des identités et des accès (IAM)

    Gestion des vulnérabilités

    Gestion des incidents

    Sécurité des postes et du réseau

  • Identifier les écarts, inefficacités et risques, puis proposer des améliorations

  • Conduire des initiatives d’optimisation et de standardisation des processus

  • Agir comme interface entre la gouvernance et les équipes d’opérations

Profil recherché / Qualifications de base:

  • Expérience solide en opérations de sécurité et conformité (GRC)

  • Bonne compréhension de plusieurs domaines (IAM, vulnérabilités, incidents)

  • Capacité à influencer sans autorité directe

  • Expérience en amélioration continue des processus

  • Expérience en environnement de services gérés (atout)

  • Bilinguisme complet : français et anglais (obligatoire)

Environnement de travail:

Présence sur site : 3 jours par semaine (site aéroportuaire)

Summary

We’re looking for a Security Compliance Lead to bridge security governance and operational execution.

In this role, you will ensure that security policies and standards are not only defined—but effectively executed across teams. You will work closely with both security leadership and operations teams to drive compliance, improve processes, and strengthen overall security posture.

What you will do:

  • Drive compliance with security policies, standards, and regulatory requirements

  • Ensure security operations align with defined processes and controls

  • Oversee execution across areas such as:

    Identity & Access Management

    Vulnerability Management

    Incident Management

    Endpoint & network security

  • Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and risks—and drive improvements

  • Lead process optimization and standardization initiatives

  • Act as a bridge between security governance and operations teams

Who you are / Basic Qualifications:

  • Strong experience in security operations + compliance (GRC)

  • Experience across multiple domains (IAM, vulnerabilities, incidents)

  • Ability to drive execution without direct authority

  • Experience improving security processes and controls

  • Background in managed services or complex environments is a plus

  • Fully bilingual: English & French (mandatory)

Work environment:

Onsite presence: 3 days/week (airport location)
