About the Role :
This is a temporary, full-time maternity leave coverage for our current Marketing & Communications Director. The anticipated start date is June 2025. The successful candidate will step into the day-to-day responsibilities and ensure smooth operations, deliver new and innovative ideas by thinking outside the box and provide marketing and communications support to agents and the brokerage, ensuring all marketing and promotional materials align with the ICI Properties brand.
Responsibilities :
- Compose content to support communications and marketing efforts, such as the company's website, social media posts, newsletters, brochures and press releases
- Design and create marketing packages, presentations, brochures, templates, site selection maps, site plans, and aerials
- Oversee and manage website maintenance, including posting properties for sale / lease
- Post and manage listings on realtor sites
- Prepare and manage social media platforms
- Design and prepare promotional marketing material, and maintain inventory
- Support general office duties as required
- Handle incoming calls, respond to general inquiries, take messages, and route calls as needed
- Coordinate and manage the installation and removal of promotional signage
- Review and approve all invoices related to marketing
- Perform tax, title, and city searches as required
- Develop, maintain, and distribute monthly listing reports
- Create marketing activity reports and metrics for program success
- Compose and distribute email communications, monthly listing reports, and e-newsletters
- Organize meetings, events, conferences, and trade shows by identifying requirements, establishing contacts, developing schedules and assignments, and coordinating mailing lists
